We love because God first loved us. All of life is a response to what God has done for us. Because God is gracious and generous we want to be people who are gracious and generous. Because Jesus sacrificed everything to give us new life, we sacrifice our time, energy, and resources in order to bless those around us. There are many opportunities to serve and we are always looking for new ways to share with others out of the abundance of God.

Central Iowa Homeless Shelter
On the Third Thursday of every month a group of volunteers bring homemade desserts and serve lunch at the Central Iowa Homeless Shelter.
Pay it Forward
FPC Grimes has had a long history of fundraisers. Our Harvest Home dinner every October has been a tradition for over 100 years. We also have an Ice Cream Social in the summer and participate in the HWY 141 garage sale. We pay forward a percentage of the money raised to local organizations and families in need.
Presbyterian Women's Association
In addition to gathering for lunch and fellowship the PW group raises money for various community needs.
